I will discuss the problem of quantum gravity from the point of view of gravitized quantum theory. The crucial insight is that the fixed Born rule of quantum theory becomes dynamical in the context of quantum gravity, implying triple and higher order quantum interference that can be experimentally tested. Such effects are impossible in quantum theory and quantum field theory and they are central empirical features of quantum gravity.
