Ultrametrics, dendrograms, quantum potential and medical diagnostics of neurological diseasesAbstract
We apply p-adic analysis in combination with quantum information to medical diagnostics of neuronal diseases. EEG signals are transferred into dendrograms - finite $2$-adic trees. They are represented as subsets of $\mathbf{Z}_2$. From distribution of tress, we construct the quantum potential (as in Bohmian mechanics). It is used as a signature of neurological diseases.
